Frequently asked questions

Do you work with small and mid-sized operations?

Yes. Many projects start with a single machine or one recurring problem. We scope the work to the change that gives the clearest return, and expand from there if it makes sense.

Do we have to replace our existing equipment?

Usually not. Most projects add sensors, controllers or connectivity to machines you already own. If a machine is not worth retrofitting, we will say so.

Can you service a system someone else installed?

In most cases, yes. We start with an assessment of the existing controls and documentation, then recommend repair, upgrade or replacement.

How is pricing handled?

The first consultation is free. After the site assessment you receive a fixed quote in writing before any build work starts.

Who owns the system when it is done?

You do. You receive the source code, configuration and documentation, with no licence fees payable to us.
